Charles Taylor is Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield with over 23 years experience in the property profession. He joined C&W's Warsaw office in July 2013. Prior to this, he spent the last 15 years in Hungary, where he held the position of Managing Director of the C&W’s Budapest office. He was also responsible for coordinating the firm’s Capital Markets Team across Central Europe. He has a significant track record of closing successful transactions, the most recent being the acquisition of major office portfolio in Budapest, Millennium Towers (JV), Science Park, Alkotás Point, concluded on behalf of Heitman and the acquisition of TriGranit’s Arena Centar, Zagreb.
Witold is a Finance Director and Member of the Polish Board. He is responsible for the operation of finance department as well as for the financial management of the Cushman & Wakefield Poland, including forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and financial reporting including head-office, local tax and statistical authorities as well as internal management reporting. Witold joined C&W Poland in October 2006. Witold is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He holds an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology, London Business School and HEC common programme. He holds B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
Soren Rodian Olsen
Head of Capital Markets Group
Soren leads the capital markets team and is responsible for providing investment consultancy & advice for investors in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties in office, industrial and PRS sectors. Soren has 16 years of senior management and real estate experience in Poland. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2011. Prior to that he was Head of Asset Management Poland for Aberdeen Asset Management, managing a €450m office portfolio. During 2002-2008 Soren worked for Bank BPH (Bank Austria Creditanstalt) and BRE Bank (Commerzbank).

Krzysztof Misiak is a Partner and Head of Office Agency Poland at Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency. Krzysztof leads both regional cities office team and team bassed in Warsaw. He is one of the most experienced brokers in regional markets. Krzysztof’s portfolio comprises over 400,000 sq m in transactions (to the value of over PLN 1,4 billion), including the largest transaction in Łódź in 2014 (21,500 sq m), which at the same time was the largest transaction in Poland; the largest transactions in Tri-City in 2010 and 2013; the largest transaction in Wrocław in 2013; and the largest transaction in Katowice in 2012. Krzysztof has been responsible for the coordination of regional projects for clients including Infosys, State Street, Thomson Reuters, Capgemini, Tate & Lyle, Deloitte, Brown Brothers Harriman, ING Bank, Takeda, Unilever and Akamai.

Zuzanna is Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. She is a RICS member and a licensed property manager. She has many years experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on offices. She heads a 40-strong team managing 1,4M sq m of commercial space on behalf of international funds, private investors and developers. She is responsible for buildings’ opening management set-up, sales preparation and implementation of sustainable and innovative solutions.

Joanna is a Partner, Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield Poland. She is responsible for team coordination and supporting the key industrial projects for the tenants across Poland.

Andrew’s current duties include heading up the local Project Management & Consultancy team in Poland and serving as PM Lead/EMEA program manager for several clients. He has a broad range of experience in construction, having worked for both consultants and contractors. Andrew’s experience includes building surveying, cost management, project and program management, workplace design and procurement strategy.

Mark is a Poland based Partner and Head of Valuation Team. Mark has 22 years of real estate experience of which the past 16 have been in Central European markets, based in Poland and Hungary but working region wide. Specialism’s include high value office, shopping centre properties and portfolios including detailed performance analysis, benchmarking and due diligence. He is a Member & Registered Valuer of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Anna has over 14 years of experience on the Polish retail market both as a retailer and as real estate agent. For over 4 years she was responsible for support and expansion of supermarkets Alberts (Ahold Polska sp. z o.o.) and Carrefour Express (Carrefour Group). Anna joined DTZ in 2008 as Retail Consultant, being responsible for letting commercial spaces in Shopping Malls. Since 2012 was working on the position of Associate Director in Retail Agency. In May 2017 she took the position of Head of Retail Team Operation.

Lucyna has 15 years of professional experience in retail real estate. Lucyna is co-managing the retail leasing team with responsibility for business lines development. She currently represents tenants such as Forever 21, TK Maxx, Kappahl, Foot Locker, Levi’s, Goldi and DlaSpania. Lucyna has been involved in the Polish market entry process of Forever 21 as well as their further expansion across the country.
