Charles Taylor

Managing Partner 

Charles Taylor is Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield with over 23 years experience in the property profession. He joined C&W's Warsaw office in July 2013. Prior to this, he spent the last 15 years in Hungary, where he held the position of Managing Director of the C&W’s Budapest office. He was also responsible for coordinating the firm’s Capital Markets Team across Central Europe. He has a significant track record of closing successful transactions, the most recent being the acquisition of major office portfolio in Budapest, Millennium Towers (JV), Science Park, Alkotás Point, concluded on behalf of Heitman and the acquisition of TriGranit’s Arena Centar, Zagreb.

Witold Syrwid

Finance Director

Witold is a Finance Director and Member of the Polish Board. He is responsible for the operation of finance department as well as for the financial management of the Cushman & Wakefield Poland, including forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and financial reporting including head-office, local tax and statistical authorities as well as internal management reporting. Witold joined C&W Poland in October 2006. Witold is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He holds an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology, London Business School and HEC common programme. He holds B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

James Chapman

Head of Capital Markets Group

James is Head of Capital Markets for Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary & Slovakia). James has been based in Central Europe for the past 14 years and has also worked for C&W in the United Kingdom. He manages the team across the region responsible for investment transactions on behalf of institutional and private clients. James has extensive experience in both sale mandates and acquisitions across all asset classes and has worked for a wide spectrum of clients from major institutions to high net worth individuals. 

Richard Aboo

Head of Office Team

Richard is a Partner and the Head of Office Team in Poland. He is one of the most experienced brokers in the Central and Eastern Europe. The team managed by Richard won the recognition of professional support for multiple pre-lease transactions and key office market deals. Richard joined the firm in 1996. 

Renata Kusznierska

Head of Retail Team

Renata has over 13 years’ experience in the retail property sector, nine of them at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), where she headed the retail agency team for Central Europe until 2009. Between 2009 and 2012, Renata held senior management board positions at Carrefour Poland, including Director of Property and Asset and Expansion. In the latter role, Renata was additionally responsible for the Property Management of 330 hyper- and supermarkets and 40 shopping centres with more than 2,000 lease contracts. Renata re-joined Cushman & Wakefield in November 2013, following a year with Savills, where she led Retail and Property Management teams.

Christopher Rasiewicz

Head of Asset Services 

Christopher joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in November 2013 as Head of Property Management. His task is to build the property management business in Poland based on the current team strength with nearly 800,000 sq m assets under management. Christopher has 20 years of experience in the real estate market in United Kingdom, CEE and Russia.

Andrew Frizell

Head of Project Management & Consultancy

Andrew’s current duties include heading up the local Project Management & Consultancy team in Poland and serving as PM Lead/EMEA program manager for several clients. He has a broad range of experience in construction, having worked for both consultants and contractors. Andrew’s experience includes building surveying, cost management, project and program management, workplace design and procurement strategy.

Mark Freeman

Head of Valuation

Mark is a Poland based Partner and Head of Valuation Team. Mark has 22 years of real estate experience of which the past 16 have been in Central European markets, based in Poland and Hungary but working region wide. Specialism’s include high value office, shopping centre properties and portfolios including detailed performance analysis, benchmarking and due diligence. He is a Member & Registered Valuer of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Kamila Wykrota

Head of Research & Consulting

Kamila is a Head of Research & Consulting Team. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a diploma in Investment Banking. She joined the Consulting & Research team at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 2004. After having successfully passed her exams in 2008, Kamila was accepted to the prestigious institute of CCIM; since then, she has held the title of Certified Commercial Investment Member and become an investment advisor in commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kamila worked in a private equity/venture capital fund and Pekao S.A. bank.
