Rondo 1 – Office space commercialisation

The Challenge

We have been involved at an early stage of designing the building to eventually being selected as the co-agent of this prestigious project. Rondo 1 offers approximately 60,000 sq.m of office space located on 36 floors. Rondo 1 consists of two buildings: 40 storey glass tower and a ten storey lower building. This office building has set a new standard of class AAA office space in the region, and is one of the most prestigious addresses in Warsaw. Located in the heart of Warsaw, at the ONZ roundabout.


The Solution

Although the leasing process started in tough market conditions, the first contracts with Ernst & Young and VW Bank, for the total of over 15,000 sq.m, were signed already upon project’s completion. All subsequent leases were signed relatively quickly - a process reinforced the improving rental market trends and the increasing occupier demand in the last phase of the commercialization of the project.


The Results

Now the building is 100% leased with many multinational corporations as its tenants such as: Ernst & Young, VW Bank, Frontex, Salans, Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, Clayon Bank, the EU Commission, Baker & McKenzie, and many other prestigious tenants.
