Booking.com takes 200 sq m in Herbewo office complex in Krakow and Akamai Technologies Sp. z o. o. expands its office space in Krakow Vinci Office Center by 500 sq m, while Mazars moves to M65 Meduza office building in the centre of the city and takes 262 sq m. A leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has advised in all three transactions.
Netherland-based Booking.com (part of Priceline.com) is an online hotel and accommodation reservation company operating since 1996. The website is available in 41 languages, offering over 250,000 hotels in 178 countries. Nowe Herbewo is the company’s second location in Poland – it already has its office in Grzybowska Park in Warsaw.
Akamai Technologies is an Internet content delivery network and providing cloud computing services. It operates more than 119,000 servers in 80 countries, serving around 30% of global Web traffic. Established in 1998 in the USA it entered the Polish market in 2011. To date it has occupied 900 sq m in Vinci Office Center in Krakow. Following its business growth Akamai Technologies has expanded its space by additional 500 sq m of office space. The new premises will house the company’s main technological centre in Europe.

Nowe Herbewo is part of an office complex Herbewo located in the centre of Krakow, close to the Old Town. The building of 3,446 sq m has eight storeys including one underground level. The top floor accommodates an amphitheatre conference room.
Completed in March 2010 Vinci Office Center totals 28,000 sq m. The facility has 14 storeys including two underground parking levels. The office building is provided with modern telecommunication and security systems as well as energy efficient technologies. The scheme has received First Degree Award in the Development of the Year 2010 competition organized by the Minister of Infrastructure and the Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians PZIiTB.
M65 Meduza offers 4,584 sq m of office space. The facility has ten floors above ground and one basement level. It is located in a central office district in Krakow, close to Cracovia Business Center, Nowa Kamienica, Lubicz Business Centre and key public institutions.
