TK Maxx is a top brands-for-less retailer selling fashion, footwear and accessories. In Poland it is represented by TJX Poland, part of TJX Companies Inc. TK Maxx has several thousand stores worldwide, including more than 3,000 stores in the US and Canada. It entered Poland in 2009 and now has 18 stores across the country. Its flagship store is located in Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw.
The Poznań City Center is an integrated transport hub with a shopping centre, hosting PKS and PKP main stations, 250 retail units as well as a park & ride car park facility for public transport commuters and 1,500 parking spaces. Its investors are: TriGranit Development Corporation, Europa Capital and Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. The shopping centre which will total 60,000 sq m and house a TK Maxx store is scheduled to be completed in H2 2013.
Centrum Wzgórze, being developed by Mayland Real Estate, is located in downtown Gdynia. It is currently undergoing revitalization and, when completed, it will offer 70,000 sq m of retail space. The grand opening is planned for Q3 2013.
