Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed manager of phase two of the Green Horizon office complex in Łódź developed by Skanska Property Poland, thereby assuming full responsibility for the management of the whole scheme.
Green Horizon is a Class A office complex located at 106 Pomorska Street in Łódź, near the Solidarności roundabout. It comprises two buildings totalling around 33,000 sq m of leasable space. Building A (Infosys Green Horizon) was delivered in late 2012 and its entire office space was taken up by Infosys BPO while its retail space was taken up, among others, by PKO BP and PNB Paribas. Building B totalling 13,500 sq m is scheduled to be completed in May 2013 and its first tenants include SouthWestern, the Medicover Group, PwC and Getin Noble Bank.
Green Horizon meets the requirements of companies operating in the BPO sector and top information security standards. It has been designed in accordance with sustainable construction standards. Green Horizon has been LEED Gold pre-certified and is to be awarded an EU GreenBuilding certificate.
