Reserved increases its store in CH Plejada Sosnowiec from 400 sq m to 1,500 sq m of sales. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented owner St Martins Property in the transaction.

The company belongs to LPP S.A., Poland’s leading fashion retailer comprising also Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay and Promostars, offering promotional clothing.
Plejada shopping centre is located in Sosnowiec at 8b Staszica Street. It offers a total of 20,000 sq m of leasable space in 100 stores, restaurants and a Carrefour hypermarket. The scheme was completed in November 2001. In 2012 it underwent major renovation to add new tenants such as Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Mohito, Centro and Kari. Project Management Department of Cushman & Wakefield coordinated the refurbishment. Property & Asset Management Department of Cushman & Wakefield has been the property manager since October 2010.
The store’s extension is related to the company’s strategy to expand its Polish footprint. The opening of the store is scheduled for autumn 2013.
“The extended store of Reserved will open under the new design already known from other large scale shopping centres in Poland. It will offer all product lines. This latest deal demonstrates CH Plejada’s continued commitment to enhancing its fashion offer that meets consumer needs and market trends. The centre accommodates also other successful large clothing retailers” – says Justyna Bartosz, senior negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield.
