Joanna Sinkiewicz, Justyna Kędzierska and Piotr Szmilewski from Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, have been promoted to Associate/Associate Director position.
Joanna Sinkiewicz has been awarded the title of Associate. Joanna is a senior negotiator in the Industrial department. She joined C&W in 2010. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts and business relationships with developers in Warsaw and Central Poland. She leads projects for companies from a variety of sectors: logistics operators, distribution, retail and production companies. The companies she advised include: Damco, Iron Mountain, TRW, Jabil, Agilent Technologies, Jungheinrich, FM Logistic, Grupa Żywiec, Coca-Cola. Joanna completed law studies at the University of Warsaw as well as management and marketing with the specialisation in real estate management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained her professional experience in real estate at Pinnacle Poland (now PointPark Properties) and DTZ.
Justyna Kędzierska has been awarded the title of Associate Director. She joined C&W in June 2008. Justyna is a finance manager in the Property & Asset Management department. She coordinates all financial aspects of managed buildings and supervises the financial section of the department, leading an eight-strong team. Her key clients include: Invesco Real Estate, CA Immo Real Estate Management Poland, St. Martins and Aberdeen Immobilien KAG. Justyna is a graduate of Finance and Management University in Warsaw, Marketing and Management Faculty and she completed postgraduate studies at Kozminski University (Property Management Profile). Prior to joining C&W she worked at Cefic Polska.
Piotr Szmilewski has been awarded the title of Associate. He is a senior surveyor in the Capital Markets Group. Piotr joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2005 as a negotiator in the office department, where he represented corporate tenants in leasing transactions. In January 2009 he moved to the Capital Markets Group. He is involved in development consultancy as well as consultancy for investors in the sale and acquisition of office and industrial properties. Piotr is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and Sheffield Hallam University. He holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
