Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has acted as agent in two lease transactions in Wrocław. Financial services group Prudential will take 363 sq m of services area on the ground floor of Beta Centre. Synexus Polska medical centre has leased 326 sq m of office space in Sky Tower.
Prudential is one of the world’s leading insurance companies. It is part of the London-based Prudential Assurance Company Limited. After 70 years it resumes its business activity in Poland. The company’s target is to become one of the three top insurance companies in Poland over the next ten years. Wrocław is one of ten cities where the company plans to open its branches this year.
Beta Centre is located at 21A Legnicka Street in the centre of Wrocław, at the main arterial route leading to the airport. Completed last year, the building combines office and residential functions. Beta Centre belongs to TAL&Co Management Brunengraber.
Synexus is an international company which runs clinical trials through a global network of dedicated research centres in the UK, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine and the Republic of South Africa. It started its operation in Poland in 2003. It is headquartered in Wrocław, Warsaw, Katowice and Gdynia. Wrocław is home to the company’s regional centre for CEE region.
Sky Tower is a modern complex offering residential, office, retail and services space with recreational areas. The building contains 50 storeys (plus a ground floor) and is 212 metres tall. The office part was completed in March 2013. The complex is located at the main arterial route connecting the city centre with the A4 motorway. Sky Tower is the latest project of LC Corp Sky Tower sp. z o.o.
