C&W strengthens the position of its Property & Asset Management Department in Poland

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has hired Justyna Williams to become Retail Asset Manager in the Property & Asset Management department. Karolina Kucharczyk from the same department has been promoted to the position of Regional Property Manager, responsible for the management of office properties in Lodz.

Justyna Williams will hold a position of Retail Asset Manager in the Property & Asset Management Department of Cushman & Wakefield. She will be responsible for business development in the sector of shopping centres, strengthening the department position in the sector and cooperation with leasing department to broaden the services for investors and developers. For the last ten years Justyna has worked for TESCO Polska, where she held the posts of Property Development Manager and Assets Manager – Team Leader. Justyna graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with specialization in Management and Marketing and from the University of Wroclaw, Faculty of English Philology. She speaks English and German fluently.

Karolina Kucharczyk has been promoted to the position of Regional Property Manager. She previously held the post of Property Manager. She is responsible for two modern office complexes located in Lodz – Hines’ Sterlinga Business Center and Skanska’s Green Horizon. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2010, she worked at King Sturge among others. Karolina is a graduate of three Lodz universities: the University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Sociology with specialisation in property management; the University of Humanities and Economics, Faculty of Informatics and Management, with specialization in management and marketing; the Medical University of Lodz, with specialization in the management of health care units.
