Publishing house IDG Poland S.A. has leased around 800 sq m of office space in Business Garden office complex on Żwirki i Wigury street in Warsaw. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented the tenant in the transaction.

IDG Poland S.A. is part of the world’s largest technology media company. IDG’s global media network features more than 200 print titles, more than 450 websites and over 700 trade fairs and conferences. IDG’s global brands also present in Poland include CIO, Computerworld, PC World, Networld as well as CFO, InfoWorld, Network World and TechWorld. IDG products and services reach an audience of more than 270 million technology buyers in 97 countries (including Australia, Korea, China, USA, and the European countries).

IDG Poland S.A. has leased space in a building located on 1 Sierpnia and Iłżecka streets, within Business Garden complex. This green business park, whose investor and developer is SwedeCenter, will ultimately comprise seven buildings totalling around 90,000 sq m of leasable space. The first phase consisting of two buildings of a total leasable area of more than 32,000 sq m. was completed at the end of 2012. The architectural design was created by Mariusz Rutz at JSK Architekci architectural studio. IDG Poland S.A. will move to the building in August this year.
