ING Bank Śląski leases space in Bydgoszcz

ING Bank Śląski has leased more than 1,400 sq m of office and services space in a building under construction at the Old Town Market Square on the site of the former Kaskada bar. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented the company in the lease transaction.

The scheme is being developed at 2 Mostowa Street in Bydgoszcz. An architectural design has been created by an architectural studio GM Architekci, based in Bydgoszcz. The complex will comprise two buildings (three- and four storeys). The lower floors will accommodate retail and services space, the upper floors will provide office space. Construction started in May 2013 with delivery scheduled for the end of 2014. The investor is Cukiernia Sowa Spółka Jawna.
