Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented PGE Systemy S.A. of the PGE Capital Group in its lease of 2,100 sq m of office space in the Sienna Center office building in Warsaw.

Cushman & Wakefield is the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm. It offers a complete range of services for all property types, including leasing, sales and acquisitions, equity and debt finance, investment banking, corporate services, property management, facilities management, project management, consulting and appraisal.

PGE Systemy S.A. provides ICT services for the companies of the PGE Capital Group, Poland’s largest energy sector company in terms of sales revenues and net profit. It implements ICT projects to optimize asset and cost management within the Group, as well as new automation technologies in order to facilitate information flow and management.

The Sienna Center is located in the centre of Warsaw in the area enclosed between Sienna, Twarda and ┼╗elazna Streets. It comprises three interconnected office buildings totalling around 20,000 sq m of leasable space. The Sienna Center was completed in 1998, but it was thoroughly refurbished in 2009-2011. It is owned by CA Immo and AXA.

PGE Systemy S.A. is currently headquartered at 2 Mysia Street in Warsaw and it intends to move into its new premises by the end of August 2013.
