Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented InPost in its lease renegotiations for nearly 10,700 sq m of warehouse and office space at Europolis Park Poland Central, owned by CA Immo.
InPost is the largest independent nationwide postal service provider operating throughout Poland since November 2006. It is part of the Integer.pl Capital Group. InPost provides both traditional and non-standard postal services for retail and corporate customers, as well as public institutions.
InPost has its own technical and logistics facilities to operate throughout Poland. It currently provides postal services through nearly 900 Customer Service Points in 230 locations across the country. The Integer.pl Capital Group intends to open another 1,700 Customer Service Points by the end of 2013.
Europolis Park Poland Central, totalling 74,000 sq m, is a modern warehouse and distribution centre located in Wola Bykowska near Piotrków Trybunalski at the intersection of the two major thoroughfares in Central Poland: the A1 motorway linking the North and South of Poland, and the E67 expressway linking Warsaw and the Silesian Agglomeration.
InPost has been present at Europolis Park Poland Central since 2009.
