CCC and Intermarche have signed leases for over 3,000 sq m in total in Galeria Neptun in Starogard Gdański. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, is an exclusive agent responsible for leasing space in the shopping centre.
Intermarche has taken 2,474 sq m, and CCC will occupy 491 sq m in Galeria Neptun, currently under construction, in Starogard Gdański. Further lease agreements are being negotiated.
“More than 55% of the centre’s space is already in advanced lease negotiations with the renowned brands popular on the Polish markets. The centre is to accommodate 100 retail units including a supermarket, a cinema, a fitness club and a foodcourt,” said Marek Noetzel, Partner, Retail department at Cushman & Wakefield.
Galeria Neptun is being erected on the site of the former footwear manufacturer “Neptun” at the junction of Pomorska and Jana Pawła II streets, in the centre of Starogard Gdański. The total floor area of the gallery will be 54,000 sq m, including around 25,000 sq m of leasable area. The project comprises two floors above ground and an underground car park with 636 car spaces. It is scheduled for completion in autumn 2014.
Developer of the scheme is Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. from Starogard Gdański set up by the city based entrepreneurs – Tomasz Pastwa and Mariusz Szwarc. The general contractor is Dekpol Sp. z o.o.
