Deloitte's new headquarters in Gdańsk

Deloitte has leased 363 sq m in the office building Centrum Biurowe Neptun for its new headquarters in Gdańsk. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented the tenant in this leasing transaction.

Deloitte is one of the largest global professional services firm providing audit, consulting, tax, financial, legal and enterprise risk advisory services. It has more than 1,000 employees in Poland. Its current office in Gdańsk is located at 6 Arkońska Street. Deloitte will move to its new office in Centrum Biurowe Neptun in spring 2014.

Centrum Biurowe Neptun (CBN) is being developed in Aleja Grunwaldzka, the main thoroughfare connecting downtown Gdańsk with Sopot and Gdynia. It will be the most modern class A office building in Gdańsk. CBN will comprise nineteen above-ground storeys totalling 15,860 sq m and a three-level underground car park. Its vicinity includes retail and service facilities, as well as universities. Centrum Biurowe Neptun is located in the immediate neighbourhood of the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station for the Polish Railways (PKP), the Fast Municipal Railway (SKM) and the Metropolitan Railway currently under construction. It provides convenient access to Tricity’s ring road and the international airport at Rębiechowo. The topping out ceremony took place in early June 2013. CBN is scheduled to be delivered onto the market in December 2013. Its investor and developer is Hines, an international real estate firm.
