Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, has been appointed manager of the Żoliborz One office building in Warsaw.
Żoliborz One is a state-of-the-art Class A office building located at 8 Szamocka Street in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district. The ten-storey building came onto the market in June 2013 and offers 8,940 sq m of office space and more than 100 underground parking spaces. It boasts modern design, high quality finishing materials and top-tier ICT solutions. Its key tenants include Hoogwegt Poland Sp. z o.o. and Axalta Coating System Poland Sp. z o.o.
Żoliborz One was developed by private equity Apricot Capital Group from Spain, which is planning an apartment development close to the office building as well. Apricot Capital Group also intends to develop an office and hotel complex Mokotów One, scheduled to be delivered onto the market in 2016. The company finances its projects with its own funds.
