Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate service firm, has been appointed property manager of five shopping centres of EPISO 3, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The five retail schemes total 66,300 sq m of leasable space.

The shopping centres placed under the management of Cushman & Wakefield’s Property & Asset Management Department include Arena Retail Park in Gliwice, Borek Shopping Centre in Wrocław, Dąbrówka Shopping Centre in Katowice, Turzyn Retail Gallery in Szczecin and Zakopianka Retail Park in Krakow.

The five shopping centres were acquired by EPISO 3, managed by Tristan Capital Partners, from Charter Hall Retail REIT in October 2013. Cushman & Wakefield is to take over the management of the buildings in Q2 2014.

Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, Head of Property & Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We are happy to see more shopping centres added to our property management portfolio. The five shopping centres of the EPISO 3 Fund are all well-established retail schemes in large cities with a regular flow of customers coming to their stores and a potential to grow. By capitalising on our team’s experience in the retail property sector and through active management we aim to ensure high footfall to support tenants’ sales volumes and provide the owner with steady income.”

The Property & Asset Management Department of Cushman & Wakefield is a leading team managing commercial properties on the Polish market. It specialises in modern office, retail and industrial properties management.
