Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate service firm, has been appointed property manager of five shopping centres of EPISO 3, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The five retail schemes total 66,300 sq m of leasable space.
The shopping centres placed under the management of Cushman & Wakefield’s Property & Asset Management Department include Arena Retail Park in Gliwice, Borek Shopping Centre in Wrocław, Dąbrówka Shopping Centre in Katowice, Turzyn Retail Gallery in Szczecin and Zakopianka Retail Park in Krakow.
The five shopping centres were acquired by EPISO 3, managed by Tristan Capital Partners, from Charter Hall Retail REIT in October 2013. Cushman & Wakefield is to take over the management of the buildings in Q2 2014.
