Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-owned real estate adviser, announced today that Šárka Chapman has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Warsaw office as a hospitality consultant in its Valuation & Advisory department.
Šárka has more than three years of experience in the real estate market and was a consultant in Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Prague since 2010. In her professional career she has participated in the sale of the 226-room 3-star hotel Ibis Karlin in Prague, she has been involved in operator selections for 4- and 5-star hotels in main cities of CEE and has valued more than 30 hotels. She is a graduate of Charles University in Prague.
