Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has announced today that Krzysztof Misiak has been promoted to Partner.

Krzysztof joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as a junior negotiator in the Office Department and became involved in deals made on the office market outside Warsaw. In 2012 he became Regional Cities Manager.

His key clients include Infosys, Tate & Lyle, BRE Bank, Brown Brothers Harriman, Kemira, Unilever, SouthWestern BPS, Deloitte and Prudential. Krzysztof has successfully completed leases totalling more than 150,000 sq m of space.

“Krzysztof has been promoted in recognition of his commitment to C&W’s expansion on regional markets which have experienced strong growth in recent years. Capitalizing on his experience and superb relations with clients the Office Department has performed strongly and managed to increase its share in the office lease market in Poland,” said Charles Taylor, Managing Partner, Cushman & Wakefield Polska.
