Four new industrial specialists join the industrial department at Cushman & Wakefield’s Warsaw office.
Agnieszka Góźdź is taking on the position of a senior negotiator. Agnieszka has more than 15 years of professional experience. Prior to joining C&W she worked at CA IMMO Real Estate Management Poland as Leasing Manager and prior to that for a real estate consultancy firm. Agnieszka is a graduate of the Private Higher School of Business, Administration and Information Technology in Warsaw. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Property Management from Warsaw University of Technology.
Konrad Jacewicz joins as a negotiator. He has over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously he worked at Maxon Nieruchomości, where he advised on industrial lease transactions. Konrad graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and he has also completed postgraduate studies in the Real Estate University in Warsaw and Poznan University of Economics.
Karolina Bartuś joins as a negotiator. With more than 5 years of professional experience Karolina previously worked at DTZ as a leasing specialist in the property management department advising a large developer/investor on warehouse lease transactions. Karolina is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in real estate agency and property management.
Michał Sikora joins as a land, technical and Special Economic Zone specialist. Michał has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, working for 10 years with the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. He was also a country manager for Czech based industrial development company VGP Polska Sp. z o.o., where he was involved in industrial investments. Michał is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
