Marynarska Business Park comprises four modern office buildings totalling around 43,000 sq m of leasable space located at 7 Taśmowa Street in Służewiec Przemysłowy in Warsaw. It was delivered onto the market in 2008 and has received many real estate industry awards, including CEE Real Estate Quality Awards and CiJ Awards. It boasts around 14,000 km of own fibre-optic backbone and metropolitan network and several thousand kilometres of telecommunication conduits. Anna Wilk, Head of Property and Administration Department, Netia S.A., said: “The refurbishment and upgrades of Marynarska Business Park to BREEAM standards convinced us that we should remain in this location. Another reason was that this office complex in Warsaw’s Mokotów district is already associated with Netia thanks to excellent visibility of our logo and the name Netia Tower of our building.”

Izabela Kapil, Asset Manager Associate, Portfolio Management – Europe, Heitman, said: “We are pleased to see that Netia, our anchor tenant, has decided to stay with us and extend its lease in the building. This proves that on Warsaw’s strongly competitive office market our complex is attractive to tenants who value top quality, prestige and great location.”

Joanna Kalinowska, Associate Director, Office Agency, CBRE, said: “Netia S.A. is a demanding client seeking state-of-the-art solutions. Following its lease extension at Marynarska Business Park, Netia S.A. will be able to reorganise its space and apply new workplace strategies. We hope that both its employees and clients will be very pleased.”

CBRE also advised Netia S.A. to select a new office location in Wrocław (4,000 sq m, West Forum).

Bartosz Włodarski, Head of Landlord Representation Services, Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This deal called for a multidisciplinary approach of all the parties involved. We are delighted to see that the renegotiations came to a successful close.”
