Cushman & Wakefield has taken over the management of five retail properties, totalling 56,000 sq m GLA, belonging to elbfonds Development.
The Property & Asset Management department of Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to manage Centrum Handlowe Lubin located at ul. Leśna 13a, Centrum Józefosław in Piaseczno and marcredo Center’s three facilities located in Ciechanów, Szczecin and Kutno. elbfonds Development is a real estate developer specializing in retail schemes located in medium-size cities. Apart from the five shopping centres managed by Cushman & Wakefield, elbfonds Development owns properties in Głogów, Janów Lubelski, Krosno, Jaworzno, Myślibórz, Piekary Śląskie and Poznań, among others. Its Polish office is part of elbfonds Group based in Hamburg.
