Two new promotions to Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in Poland

Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, has promoted its two employees – Bartosz Włodarski and Tomasz Żukowski – to Associate position.

Bartosz Włodarski is a landlord representation manager in the office department, with 17 years experience in real estate, including the Canadian market. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007.  During his career he was involved among others in commercialization of Warsaw Trade Tower and Żerań Park II. He also advised Aberdeen Immobilien KAG on lease regearing in Metropolitan, Focus and Marynarska Business Park office buildings. Bartosz is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa.

Tomasz Żukowski is Portfolio Property Manager in Property & Asset Management Department. Tomasz joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006. He supervises CA IMMO’s portfolio of six properties, including the property management of Bitwy Warszawskiej and Warsaw Towers. He also manages the Centrum Królewska office building. His duties include customer relationship management, budget management, periodical inspections, repairs, building upgrades and improvements, cleaning and security services management. Tomasz graduated from the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University with specialization in Foreign Trade and International Finance.
