CBRE Global Investors, the real estate investment company, announced the acquisition of the Galeria Mazovia shopping centre in Płock from a private investor.
Opened in 2010, Galeria Mazovia is the largest modern shopping and entertainment centre in Płock providing approx. 28,485 sq m of gross leasable area. It has received the title of The Best Shopping Center in Poland in the renowned Shopping Center Awards 2011 (Large Shopping Centers Category). The centre offers more than 120 retail units including restaurants, service points, fitness center and children’s playground. Anchor tenants include: Media Markt, Piotr i Paweł, Zara, H&M, Reserved and Go Sport. The scheme provides ample free underground parking with 670 parking spaces. The property is located at 127 Wyszogrodzka Street, in Płock, a city in central Poland with the population of 123,000.
