Rajapack, a leading distributor of packaging, has leased nearly 6,000 sq m of warehouse and office space in Gate One Business Park. The tenant was represented in this deal by global property consultant Cushman & Wakefield.
Rajapack is part of the Raja Group, a distributor of packaging in fifteen countries across Europe. It offers more than 2,500 products for protecting goods to be dispatched or stored, with next day delivery following the order placement. Rajapack has been present on the Polish market since 1998. It will use Gate One Business Park as its head office in Poland and a distribution centre for Central and Eastern Europe.
Gate One Business Park is a modern A-class warehouse and office facility in Działkowa Street in Warsaw, near the Frederic Chopin International Airport, and provides 18.780 sq m of gross leasable area (GLA), including 15,270 sq m of warehouse space on the ground floor and 3,510 sq m of office space on the mezzanine level. The scheme is currently 76% let. The available space amounts to 2,500 sq m warehouse and 1,750 sq m office. The complex is owned by Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H.
