Plac Zamkowy - Business with Heritage

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been appointed exclusive agent for the commercialization of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage, developed by Senatorska Investment in one of the most prestigious locations in Warsaw. The scheme is scheduled to come onto the market in Q1 2015.

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage is being developed in the area between Miodowa, Senatorska and Podwale streets in Warsaw. The four-storey building will total 3,851 sq m of office space and more than 1,600 sq m of retail and service space. It will also provide a two-level underground car park and an external parking area for bicycles.

The architecture of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage fits in well with the historic character of the Old Town. The plot on which the scheme is being developed housed various buildings in its several hundred year history. In the 18th century, for instance, it featured a palace designed by Jan Zygmunt Deybel. The new development will boast the latest sustainable technological solutions and a BREEAM Interim certificate with a “Very Good” rating. It was designed by Wojciech Grabianowski together with a team of RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky. The general contractor is NDI SA.
