P4, the owner of the Play brand and the fastest growing mobile operator in Poland, has become a new tenant of Gate One Business Park in Warsaw, where it will take up nearly 3,250 sq m of warehouse and office space. Play was represented in this deal by global property consultant Cushman & Wakefield.
With its subscriber base of nearly 11 million customers Play has a more than 19% share in the Polish market. Through cooperation with other mobile operators Play’s network covers 99% of Poland’s territory. Forty-four percent of the Polish population can already use the modern 4G LTE Play network. For six years Play has been the preferred choice of customers who decide to change their mobile service provider.

The scheme is currently 76% let. The complex is owned by Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H.
Katarzyna Bojanowicz, Industrial Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Play will move to its new location in Q1 2015. Apart from the warehouse space which is the major part of the lease, Play will also take up more than 600 sq m of office space.
