Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, is pleased to announce new appointments of two experienced experts in its Warsaw office. Dorota Chomuntowska has joined its property & asset management department and Roman Litwin has joined its project management department.
Dorota Chomuntowska will take up the newly created position of the Retail Portfolio Manager in C&W’s property & asset management department.
Cushman & Wakefield employed Dorota to enhance, in the long term, its cooperation with Tristan Capital Partners which began this year. Its property & asset management department has more than 100,000 sq m of leasable space under management in six retail facilities of Tristan Capital Partners. Dorota, as the new manager, will oversee the investment fund’s shopping centres and will be responsible for any new acquisitions.
Dorota has more than fifteen years of professional experience which she gained in companies such as Apsys, TK Polska Operations/EMCM and Colliers International. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was the Director of Retail Operations at JLL, heading the Property Management Team responsible for around 50 retail schemes. Dorota holds a licence of a Property Manager and a title of a Certified Property Manager (CPM) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Roman Litwin became a Project Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s project management team. He will be responsible for ensuring that all the phases of the development process (including technical acceptance of buildings) run seamlessly, and for tendering, negotiations and selection of subcontractors and supervision over development schedules and budgets.
Roman has nearly twenty years of professional experience which he acquired among others in AmRest, an operator of brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and Burger King, where he was Construction Director for Central and Eastern Europe. Before he joined Cushman & Wakefield, he had worked for Sinclair Knight Merz Poland as a manager of engineering services for Shell petrol stations. Roman has an engineering degree of Białystok University of Technology. He also did postgraduate studies at Wrocław University of Technology.
