The Polish office of global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield has received two awards at the CiJ Awards 2014 ceremony for outstanding achievements on the commercial property market.
CiJ Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, a publisher of CiJ, an English language journal on commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe, whose first edition came out twenty years ago. Awards evenings are held in the five countries in which the magazine is published. The CIJ Awards 2014 Poland held its 12th edition at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw on 6 November.
In 2014, Cushman & Wakefield has won two awards: Retail Lease of the Year and Industrial/Warehouse Investment Transaction of the Year. Cushman & Wakefield secured the first award for advising TK Maxx on its expansion on the retail lease market in Poland and the other for representing the Blackstone Group in its acquisition of a portfolio of six logistics facilities totalling 200,000 sq m in Poland and the Czech Republic from Pramerica Real Estate Investors.
