Galeria Neptun has added more retailers to its tenant list. Two new tenants Apart and Giacomo Conti have just signed on to the development. A leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has represented the centre’s owner in the transactions.
Apart is the leader on the Polish jewellery market, also in terms of the number of showrooms (currently 189 stores across Poland). It will take 105 sq m in Galeria Neptun. Giacomo Conti is the Polish high-end menswear brand. Founded in 2006 it offers three main clothing lines: business, casual and wedding attire. The new tenant will occupy 100 sq m at the shopping centre in Starogard Gdański.
Galeria Neptun’s tenant roster includes: Intermarche, Media Expert, Martes Sport, Butik I Like!, H&M, five brands of LPP S.A. (Reserved, Sinsay, Mohito, House and Cropp), Ray Obuwie, Baskoni, PEPCO, Diverse, Moodo, Reporter Young, Triumph, Rossmann, Lavard, Zoo Karina, Play, Ziaja, Kolporter, Baltic Exchange, e-SmokingWorld, as well as multiplex Cinema City and children’s playground Jupi Park.
Galeria Neptun is being developed on the site of the former footwear manufacturer “Neptun” in the centre of Starogard Gdański. The gallery will provide a total of around 24,000 sq m of leasable area. The scheme is scheduled for delivery in summer 2015. The developer of the scheme is Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. and the general contractor, Dekpol Sp. z o.o. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive letting agent for the centre.
