Global property advisor Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Mark Freeman has joined the company’s Warsaw office as head of the firm’s Valuation & Advisory practice in Poland.
Mark has more than 20 years' experience in the real estate sector gained from working in the UK, Poland and Hungary.
In his most recent role Mark led the valuation & consultancy business of Savills in Poland where he was also a board member. Mark previously worked for JLL in both the UK and Poland, where in the latter he led the valuation business. In 1999 he moved to Hungary with DTZ and became Director of Regional Investment. He returned to Poland in 2005 with King Sturge as a board member and Head of CEE Valuation. Mark is an RICS Registered Valuer.

This move follows the recent recruitment of Duncan Sunter from CBRE to lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory business in Sweden.
