Park Rozwoju office complex

The Park Rozwoju office complex in Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district is being developed in two phases. When finished, it will provide 32,000 sq m spread across two buildings. The first building was completed in Q4 2014 while the other building (which will be Intergraph’s new HQ) is scheduled to come onto the market in May 2015. Echo Investment is the developer of the scheme.

Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager in the Offices and Hotels Department of Echo Investment, said: “We are very happy to see another major cutting-edge technology company establish itself in the Park Rozwoju complex. This confirms high quality of our development which meets the expectations of the market leaders.”

Artur SutorArtur Sutor, Associate from the Office Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Integraph is moving its headquarters following the successful negotiation of favourable lease conditions in the new building. Its new office is located close to its previous head office, which will certainly please those employees who have already got used to that location. Great office space flexibility, optimum natural lighting, access control in the building, security and monitoring services are just a few features of Park Rozwoju which were required by the tenant and which will improve the comfort of the working conditions.”
