Intergraph is moving its Warsaw headquarters to the Park Rozwoju office complex. The tenant was represented in the negotiations of the approximately 1,200 sq m lease by a leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Intergraph is the world’s leading provider of IT solutions. It focuses on four product categories: software for the design of large-scale industrial facilities, solutions for the public safety and security sector, IT consultancy and geospatial information systems. Intergraph is part of the Hexagon group, a leading global supplier of technological and IT solutions for industrial clients. Its division Intergraph Process, Power & Marine (PP&M) provides enterprise engineering software enabling smarter design and operation of plants, ships and offshore facilities, while Intergraph Security, Government & Infrastructure (SG&I) is the leader in smart solutions for emergency response, utilities, telecommunications, transportation and other global challenges.
The Park Rozwoju office complex in Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district is being developed in two phases. When finished, it will provide 32,000 sq m spread across two buildings. The first building was completed in Q4 2014 while the other building (which will be Intergraph’s new HQ) is scheduled to come onto the market in May 2015. Echo Investment is the developer of the scheme.
