S&T Services Polska, a supplier of business IT solutions, the TUREK company manufacturing dairy products, and two pharmaceutical companies including Abbott have extended their leases at the Park Postępu office complex in Warsaw. The tenants were represented in the renegotiations of the leases totalling 7,000 sq m by a leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Areas occupied by tenants are: 500 sq m (TUREK), 1400 sq m (S&T Services Poland) and 5,000 sq m (Abbott and the other company from the pharmaceutical sector).
S&T Services Polska is one of the international IT companies operating in Poland the longest. It offers multiple services, including consulting, design and deployment of IT systems, outsourcing and support for clients from such sectors as energy, public utilities, administration, retail and industry. It is part of the international S&T AG Group with HQ in Linz and branch offices in 16 countries worldwide.
The Turek company belongs to the Bongrain Group, one of the world’s largest cheese manufacturers. Its product portfolio includes Turek and Tartare cheeses. The company has two manufacturing plants in Turek and Głupczyce, and more than 550 employees. The TUREK brand was awarded the title of Superbrand 2009 and Consumer Laurel TOP BRAND 2011.
Abbott is a US pharmaceutical company with more than 125 years of history and around 65,000 employees worldwide. It is listed at the stock exchanges in New York, Chicago, London and Switzerland.
The modern Park Postępu office complex is located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. It comprises four seven-storey office buildings offering 34,000 sq m of leasable space. The typical floor area is between 1,200 and 1,500 sq m. The complex offers 118 surface parking spaces and 693 underground parking spaces. The scheme came onto the market in September 2009.

We presented competitive office offers in other buildings to our clients, but in the course of negotiations with the owner of Park Postępu we managed to obtain attractive lease extension conditions. In addition to its convenient location the Park Postępu office complex boasts a number of other features available to employees of companies based in it, including restaurants, a medical centre and a fully-equipped conference room for tenant use. The building has also been awarded a prestigious Green Building certificate.”
