H&M has renewed its lease at the Plejada shopping centre in Sosnowiec. Its 1,835 sq m store will be fully refurbished next year. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented Plejada’s owner, St Martins Property, in this transaction.
H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) is a Sweden-based company active in the clothing industry and present in 55 countries across the globe. It is a leading large-format fashion brand. H&M opened its first store in Poland in 2003 and now has 146 stores across the country.
Magdalena Gniazdowska, Associate, Retail Department, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The lease renewal also provides for a complete refurbishment of H&M’s store to be carried out next year. We are very pleased that one of Plejada’s anchor tenants has decided to stay on in this shopping centre.”
