Arkady Wrocławskie S.A. has signed two new leases totalling nearly 400 sq m. The developer was represented in these transactions by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
4F and Diverse are to open stores in the Arkady Wrocławskie shopping centre in Wrocław. The 4F brand is owned by OTCF Sp. z o.o., a leading producer of top quality sportswear and sports accessories focused on the latest design trends and state-of-the-art technologies. Diverse is a leading streetwear brand of ETOS SA in Poland. Both stores will complement the retail offer of Arkady Wrocławskie.
Krzysztof Szargawiński, Managing Director of the Arkady Wrocławskie shopping centre, said: “We are very glad to see the tenant mix of our shopping centre extended to include 4F and Diverse, two highly recognized brands on the Polish market. Diverse’s large selection of clothing and 4F’s wide range of sportswear and accessories will certainly appeal to our clients.”
Katarzyna Jabłońska-Miedzik, a negotiator from the Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Arkady Wrocławskie offers tenants attractive retail space given its superb location near the central railway and bus stations in downtown Wrocław. This modern scheme is located within just a fifteen-minute walk from Wrocław’s Old Market. Its large ocean aquarium acts like a magnet attracting families with children to the shopping centre. I’m confident that both 4F and Diverse can expect strong footfall in their stores.”
The modern shopping and business centre Arkady Wrocławskie was opened in 2007. It provides 30,000 sq m of space for leading retail brands, services and restaurants, a state-of-the-art ten-screen cinema and a fitness centre. It also offers 10,000 sq m of office space on the top floors. The key investor and developer of the scheme is Arkady Wrocławskie S.A., part of the LC Corp Group. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the complex.
