Xella Polska, a manufacturer and distributor of premium green building materials, has taken up more than 1,000 sq m of office space in GreenWings Offices. It will move to its new head office in mid-September. Xella Polska was represented in the lease negotiations by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Xella Polska offers energy-efficient building materials under brands Ytong, Ytong Energo, Multipor and Silka and a wide range of products for white building systems. It also manufactures wall materials for general construction purposes, focusing on the residential construction industry. Xella’s plants in Poland have received many awards for top-quality manufacturing.
GreenWings Offices is a sustainable office building combining state-of-the-art solutions with environmental awareness. The two-winged A-class building is located at ul. 17 Stycznia 48 in Warsaw, close to the Frederic Chopin International Airport. GreenWings Offices offers 10,850 sq m of office space on its seven floors and 270 parking spaces in its three-level underground car park. It has a BREEAM certificate with a ‘very good’ rating. GreenWings Offices is also one of the most modern conference centres in Poland. The scheme, which was designed by JEMS Architekci, is owned by OKRE Development.
