CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD TO MANAGE NOWY RYNEK SHOPPING CENTRE IN JELENIA GÓRA

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been appointed property manager of the Nowy Rynek shopping centre being developed in downtown Jelenia Góra by TK Development and investment fund Heitman. The scheme is scheduled to open on 15 October 2015.

Nowy Rynek is a downtown shopping centre under construction close to Jelenia Góra’s Old Town. It will also comprise a PKS coach station with the annual passenger traffic of around four million, being potential shopping centre customers alongside Jelenia Góra inhabitants. The two-level retail scheme will provide around 115 stores and service outlets. Nowy Rynek will total 56,000 sq m, including around 24,000 sq m of leasable space.

Nowy Rynek is a joint project developed by TK Development and investment fund Heitman. The value of the investment is approximately EUR 55 million.
