Galeria Neptun is scheduled to open this coming spring. The two-level shopping centre will offer around 100 stores. New tenants who will take up more than 1,200 sq m in total under recently signed leases include EMPIK, Smyk, Home&You, Orange and nc+. The investor was represented in the negotiations with the tenants by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Galeria Neptun - budowaGaleria Neptun customers will have an opportunity to do shopping in their favourite stores. Its broad retail offer has been extended with the addition of the stores of SMYK (523 sq m), Empik (353 sq m) and Home&You (237 sq m). A mobile operator Orange will also open a 72 sq m store in the shopping centre while the nc+ television platform will be able to present its programming offer to customers in a 23 sq m store.

Agnieszka Owsicka, Director of Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., said: “People living in Starogard Gdański expect a diverse retail offer comprising well-known and valued brands, as well as newcomers to the Kociewie region such as Smyk and Home&You.”

Galeria Neptun will be anchored by Intermarche, Media Expert, Martes Sport, Butik I Like!, H&M, five brands of LPP S.A. (Reserved, Sinsay, Mohito, House and Cropp), Ray Obuwie, Baskoni, PEPCO, Diverse, Moodo, Reporter Young, Triumph, Rossmann, Lavard, Zoo Karina, Play, Ziaja, Kolporter, Baltic Exchange, e-SmokingWorld, Apart and Giacomo Conti. It will also house Cinema City and a Jupi Park family entertainment centre.

Galeria Neptun is being developed at the site of the former footwear factory Neptun at the junction of Pomorska and Jana Pawła II streets in the downtown area of Starogard Gdański. Upon completion Galeria Neptun will total 54,000 sq m, of which 25,000 sq m will be leasable space, targeting around 195,000 people living within its catchment area. Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is the developer while Dekpol Sp. z o.o. is the general contractor. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the shopping centre. Galeria Neptun is scheduled to open in spring 2015.
