The online retailer is relocating its office in Warsaw. In June 2015, it will move into the Gdański Business Center I, an office complex situated in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The new tenant will occupy 2,500 sq m in building A, located immediately by the entrance to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. Gdański Business Center is a modern Grade A office complex located at the corner of Andersa and Inflancka streets, in the immediate vicinity of major transportation hubs. The first stage of the project was commissioned in June 2014, while the commencement of the second stage is planned for Q1 2016. The total leasable area for full development, once complete, is over 98,000 sq m. Stage one has achieved a “Very Good” BREEAM certification, while the second stage is targeting an “Excellent” rating for its sustainable design. Tenants include KPMG, SNC Lavalin, Provident, and Coloplast.
