New Partner in C&W Warsaw Office
Cushman & Wakefield, the global real estate adviser, announced today the appointment of Anthony Selman as Salaried Partner in C&W Warsaw’s office. He moved from C&W London’s office to strengthen the company’s capital markets capabilities in Poland and across Central Europe.
Anthony has 15 years experience in real estate investment market. He worked for Cushman & Wakefield in the Netherlands, Russia, Brazil and UK, where he was responsible for sale and leasebacks, acquisitions, disposals and structured finance. His transfer is aligned with the C&W’s strategy to grow the business in the CE region.

Anthony Selman graduated from the Saint Louis University and has a MRICS qualification. Having started his career as an investment broker in Miami, Florida, Anthony then worked as a portfolio manager across Europe. He was a deputy director at C&W in Moscow and the managing director for transactions in Latin America out of C&W’s Sao Paulo, Brazil offices. In his most recent role Anthony was a Partner at the C&W EMEA cross border team.
