Arpex has signed a lease for around 3,300 sq m of warehouse space in SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice. Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy firm, acted as an agent in the transaction.

Arpex Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Gliwice, is a leading company offering ornaments and decorative products. Founded in 1993 as a family business, it now has more than 100 employees. Through cooperation with suppliers from Europe, North America and the Far East, it supplies products to retailers and wholesalers across Poland. Arpex was the first company to have introduced decorative electrostatic films and licensed party accessories on the Polish market. It offers more than 5,000 products in twenty product line groups. Arpex is also expanding in the markets of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. It will move to its new warehouse facility in July 2015.

SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice offers modern space for logistics operators and light industry. When completed, it will provide around 200,000 sq m of space, which can be designed and developed on a built-to-suit basis to meet strict technical requirements of individual occupiers. SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice covers an area of 48 hectares in a strategic location in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway, linking Krakow and Wrocław with Poland’s western border, and within 15 kilometres from the A1 and A4 interchange. The scheme also benefits from the proximity of the Gliwice Special Economic Zone.
