Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been appointed manager of the Dubois 41 office building in downtown Wrocław. The project’s investor is developer NACARAT. The scheme is scheduled to come onto the market in June 2015.
Dubois 41 is an elegant seven-level office building in Wrocław that closes the city quarter of Kurkowa and Dubois streets and the Odra River. It is an A-class office building with great functionality that meets environmental and modern business requirements. Dubois 41 has a BREEAM certificate.
