Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, announced today four new promotions in its Polish office department. Anna Kwiatkowska has been promoted to Landlord Representation Manager, Artur Sutor to Tenant Representation Manager, Bartosz Włodarski to Client Solutions Manager and Joanna Blumert has been appointed Business Development Manager. The four new positions were created to prepare Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate structure to new challenges in the office property market.
Anna Kwiatkowska has been promoted to Landlord Representation Manager. She specializes in complex sale and acquisition transactions, consultancy for developers in marketing and sales strategy design and implementation, and project positioning. Her key clients include Capital Park, Union Investment Real Estate, UBS, Mota Engil, ING RED, Curtis Group and HESA. Previously, Anna was a Senior Negotiator. In her professional career she has represented many clients, including Walt Disney Company, Reader’s Digest, T.U. Allianz, Lucent Technologies, Avaya Communications, Marathon Oil Company, Volkswagen Bank Polska and Ernst & Young Academy of Business. She advised on the sale of a property portfolio of the U.S. Embassy and negotiated lease conditions for the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates and the European Parliament and Commission. She has been a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors since 2009.
Bartosz Włodarski has been promoted to Client Solutions Manager, having previously worked as a Landlord Representation Manager. He has worked in the commercial property industry since 1997, drawing on his multidisciplinary experience acquired, among others, in Canada. Bartosz participated in commercialization of schemes such as Warsaw Trade Tower and Żerań Park II, and advised Aberdeen Immobilien KAG in renegotiations of leases in its office buildings Metropolitan, Focus and Marynarska Business Park.
Artur Sutor has been promoted to Tenant Representation Manager. He has represented tenants looking for modern office space, leading to successful deal closings for companies such as Artegence, Connectmedica, Intergraph, S&T, Unilever Polska, Alcatel Lucent, Fiat Group (twice), Nike Polska, Panasonic, Ricoh Polska and Volkswagen Bank. He joined Cushman & Wakefield’s team in 2003.
Joanna Blumert has been promoted to Business Development Manager. She specializes in tenant representation in office lease transactions. Joanna has represented many corporate and local clients, including KGHM, Aviva, Mary Kay and Kimberly-Clark. Since she joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 she has completed transactions totalling more than 50,000 sq m. Joanna also has extensive experience in cooperation with developers, providing support in commercialization processes.
