Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has announced promotions of five professionals in its Warsaw office this month. Joanna Blumert, Tomasz Górski, Soren Rodian Olsen, Przemysław Wasiluk and Alicja Zajler have been promoted to Associate/Associate Director.
Joanna Blumert has been promoted to Associate. Joanna is a Business Development Manager in C&W’s Office Department and specializes in tenant representation in office lease transactions. She has worked for many corporate and local clients, including KGHM, Aviva, Mary Kay and Kimberly-Clark. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 she has completed transactions totalling more than 50,000 sq m. Joanna also has extensive experience in cooperation with developers, providing support in commercialization processes. Joanna is a graduate of Law and Administration of Warsaw University.
Tomasz Górski has been promoted to Associate. Tomasz is a Senior Negotiator in C&W’s Retail Department, responsible for commercialization of shopping centres such as Galeria Bursztynowa in Ostrołęka, Galeria Ostrovia in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Europa Centralna in Gliwice, Atrium Felicity in Lublin, Galeria Neptun in Starogard Gdański and marcredo Center in Zawiercie. He is involved in re-commercialization of Agora Bytom and Plejada Sosnowiec, and extension projects of IKEA in Wrocław and Forum Bemowo in Warsaw. Tomasz has worked for C&W for almost eleven years and has recently become a Member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors. He is a law graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
Soren Rodian Olsen has been promoted to Associate. Soren is Head of Office & Industrial Investments at C&W’s Capital Markets responsible for investor consultancy services. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate markets and has worked for Aberdeen Asset Management, Commerzbank Group and HVB Group (now UniCredit). Soren has a MRICS qualification. He is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School and postgraduate of University of Westminster.
Przemysław Wasiluk has been promoted to Associate Director. Przemysław is a Retail Portfolio Manager in C&W’s Property & Asset Management Department. Previously, he served as a Technical Manager. He has nine years’ experience in office and retail property markets. Przemysław is responsible for retail portfolio coordination for one of C&W’s clients and building maintenance management. He has actively participated in projects for elbfonds Development, Tristan Capital Partners, Invesco and Skanska. He is a graduate of Real Estate Management of Warsaw University of Technology.
Alicja Zajler has been promoted to Associate. Alicja is a Senior Valuer in C&W’s Valuation & Advisory Department. She has more than nine years of professional experience in the Polish property market. Alicja has prepared valuation reports for both Polish and international corporations (Tesco, Castorama, Blackstone and CBRE GI) and banks (Pekao SA, PKO BP and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG). She has also advised on market analyses, evaluation of space potential and consolidation, competitiveness of new commercial scheme locations, and tenders. Alicja is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors. She is a graduate of International Economic and Political Relations of Warsaw School of Economics and Real Estate Valuation of Warsaw University of Technology.
