The Foksal City A-class office building belonging to the Polski Holding Nieruchomości Group has been fully commercialized. It will soon house the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Situated in the very center of Warsaw, right next to the Royal Route, the building is one of the Company’s most important and most representative projects. In this transaction, the Lessor was represented by international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield.
“Foksal City is a unique property on the map of Warsaw. This small, modern office building has been designed to meet the needs of tenants looking for functional space and valuing unique location, ecology, remarkable architecture, and surroundings – the proximity of historic monuments,” said Mateusz Matejewski, Vice-President of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
Foksal City offers 3,392 of office space on 6 storeys. It has been designed by the Juvenes architectural studio, under the supervision of the monument conservator. Its facade has unique design, alluding to the art déco style. The building includes modern and environmentally-friendly technical solutions in line with the principles of sustainable development. Thanks to such solutions as effective lightning of office areas, individual regulation of temperature and water and energy consumption reduction, Foksal City meets strict criteria of the BREEAM certification system. The facility has a certificate with a “Very Good” rating.
“We have the pleasure to inform you that Foksal City has been leased by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will move in in September 2015. Foksal City is one of our flagship projects, so we are very happy to rent it to such distinguished tenant,” said Rafał Krzemień, Managing Director, Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
PHN has long experience in renting space to embassies and the foreign diplomatic corps. Many of the Company’s villas situated in prestigious locations are rented or sold for the purposes of diplomatic missions in Poland, or to serve as ambassadors’ residences.
