Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate advisory firm, will once again participate as an exhibitor at the ReDI fairs, which will be held on 10-11 June at the National Stadium in Warsaw. At C23 and C24 stands C&W’s experts from retail, capital markets and asset management departments will talk about C&W’s recent projects in Poland and the CE region. The discussion panel on the role of retail in the development of passenger transportation hubs will feature Marek Noetzel, C&W’s Partner. The organizer is the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.

At C23 and C24 stands C&W’s experts will present their current projects and discuss various aspects of the cooperation with retail clients. The presented schemes will include shopping centres in Poland both the existing ones such as: IKEA Bielany, Galeria Katowicka, Arkady Wrocławskie, Galeria Neptun, Galeria Trzy Korony, Galeria Dębicka, Gemini Park Bielsko Biała, marcredo Center Kutno, marcredo Center Szczecin, Galeria Rondo, Plejada Sosnowiec, Sky Tower and ul. Świętokrzyska 3, as well as the pipeline projects such as: Forum Bemowo, Forum Gdańsk, marcredo Center Zawiercie, marcredo Center Kołobrzeg, Retail Park Radzionków and Świętochłowice, Galeria Kabaty and Multishop Jarocin.

The participants visiting C&W’s stands will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the company’s key projects being carried out in the CE region in cities such as Budapest, Prague, Ostrava, Ceske Budejovice, Brno, Teplice, Mlada Boleslav, and Biatorbágy.

The fair will be accompanied by panel discussions that will cover the industry’s three key issues: design, infrastructure and law. The event will also feature discussions on the best practices and current retail market trends. Marek Noetzel, Partner, Head of Retail department at Cushman & Wakefield in Poland will take part in the panel on ReDI for Infrastructure, which will be held on Wednesday 10 June at 11:45. The panelists will focus on the opportunities and barriers to the development of the retail infrastructure, the high streets growth prospects in Poland and the cooperation between the city’s authorities and developers in planning and introducing new solutions.

ReDI, the Retail Destination Initiative trade fair is the European meeting place for representatives of cities, tenants and developers having a strategy for the CEE region. The event is organized by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH),  The first edition of ReDI, held on 28-29 May 2014 at the National Stadium in Warsaw, was attended by nearly 1400 representatives of the commercial real estate industry and more than 350 representatives of trade and service networks. More than 50 exhibitors presented a portfolio of over 100 shopping centers in Poland, as well as other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
