Three companies of Volkswagen Financial Services AG: Volkswagen Bank Polska, Volkswagen Leasing GmbH Oddział w Polsce and Volkswagen Serwis Ubezpieczeniowy have renewed their office lease in the Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw. The company leases more than 4,000 sq m. The lease agreement in Rondo 1 has been extended for another ten years. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Volkswagen Bank has operated on the Polish market since 1997, focusing on providing financing for buyers of cars of such makes as Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Porsche and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Ronald Kulikowski, Management Board Member of Volkswagen Bank, said: “We chose Rondo 1 from more than forty buildings taken into consideration. We highly appreciate its technical standard and top-quality services.”
Rondo 1 is a prime class A+ office building. With 41 floors and 194 metres in height it is one of the tallest landmark buildings in Warsaw. Rondo 1 is located near ONZ Roundabout, at the junction of Jana Pawła II and Świętokrzyska Streets. It comprises two parts: the building with a car park and retail facilities, and the high office tower. Rondo 1 provides 64,000 sq m of office space for lease. It is also LEED 'Gold' certified.
