KFC and Subway signed leases in the Galeria Neptun shopping centre in Starogard Gdański. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of the scheme, represented the investor in negotiations with the new tenants.
KFC is a fast food restaurant chain operating in 109 countries worldwide. It is managed by AmRest Holdings, which has more than 430 restaurants in Central Europe, of which over 190 are located in Poland. AmRest also runs restaurants under such power brands as Pizza Hut and Burger King, as well as coffeehouse chain Starbucks. The KFC restaurant in Galeria Neptun will take up 133 sq m and is scheduled to open in August.

Another eatery that will soon complement the food and beverage offer of Galeria Neptun is Subway, a fast food restaurant franchise that serves sandwiches. It currently operates around 44,000 restaurants in 110 countries worldwide, including 100 in Poland. The one in Starogard Gdański will take up 48 sq m.
Galeria Neptun is located in the downtown area of Starogard Gdański at the junction of Pomorska and Jana Pawła II streets. It totals 54,000 sq m, of which 25,000 sq m is leasable space. The scheme offers an underground car park with more than 600 parking spaces. The centre serves a catchment population of around 250,000. Thanks to its superb location, the new gallery is easily accessible from each part of the city. Key tenants include: Intermarche, Media Expert, Empik, Smyk, six brands of LPP S.A. (i.e. Reserved, Sinsay, Mohito, House, Cropp and Home&You), Cinema City, a family entertainment centre, a gym and fitness club “Good Luck Club”.

Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is the developer of the shopping centre while Dekpol Sp. z o.o. is the general contractor. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the scheme.
