Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE S.A.) has signed a lease for around 6,300 sq m in the Delta building of the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The Capital Park Group, the owner of the building, was represented in the transaction by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. PSE S.A. was advised by EY Real Estate Group.
PSE S.A. has leased an office of around 6,300 sq m in the Delta building of the Eurocentrum Office Complex, one of the largest green projects in Warsaw. The complex took the second place in the Commercial Investments category of the Environment Ministry’s competition “Project: Space”.
Eurocentrum Office Complex, an A+ class office building, will offer around 70,000 sq m of leasable space spread on its fifteen above-ground and three underground levels, including more than 67,000 sq m of office space. The complex is owned by the Capital Park Group.
Following the implementation of the Office Plus concept, the retail section of the scheme now features retail and service amenities such as a grocery, a restaurant, a café, a health and beauty store, a hairdressing and beauty salon, a drycleaner’s, a physiotherapy centre and a car wash facility. For the first time in an office building in Warsaw tenants can also use services provided by a professional concierge, including assistance with business travel arrangements, family get-togethers, pickup of visitors from the airport, business conferences and child care.
The first phase of the project, comprising Beta and Gamma buildings, was delivered in June 2014. Eurocentrum tenants include Imtech Polska, Unilever, Tebodin, Qumak, CEPD Management, Randstad Polska, Mota Engil Central Europe SA, Fresenius Kabi Polska Sp. z o.o., Chiesi Poland Sp. z o.o., Michael Strom Brokerage House and Commarch S.A. The second phase (Delta building) will come onto the market in December 2015.
